     About Golden temple 
         Sri Harmandir Sahib, also referred to as Sri Darbar Sahib or Golden Temple, (due to its scenic beauty and golden coating to English speaking world), is understood because the later temple of Hari (God) . Everywhere Sikhs, planets everyday, desire to go to Sri Amritsar and pay obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib.
           Guru Arjan Sahib, the fifth Nanak, thought of making a central place of worship for the Sikhs and he himself designed the architecture of Sri Harmandir Sahib. Earlier, the excavation of the holy tank (Amritsar or Amrit Sarovar) was presided over by Guru Amardas Sahib, the third Nanak, but it had been executed by Guru Ramdas Sahib under the supervision of Baba Budha ji. Land payments for the place were soon acquired by the Guru Sahibs or exempted from the landlords (landlords) of the ancestral villages. it had been also decided to determine a township.
